Job Functions
- Interact and engage in a multitude of activities with a playroom of dogs, including group sit, follow the leader, and playroom agility
- Monitor safe play throughout the day with dogs of various sizes
- Maintain communication with shift leader during playtime
- Fast pace work environment, constantly moving
- Work with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Completion of all required training online and on the job
- Maintain control of a large groups of dogs
- High level of attentiveness
- Know your dogs. Keep data accurate with current dogs in house
- Ability to be on your feet for entire shift - 6 hours
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and bend, stoop and lift repeatedly during shift
- Responsible and reliable
- Adhere to Dogtopia standards of cleaning through out the shift and leave room ready for the next coach
- Basic education in dog beavior and body language
