Do you love connecting with people, creating great guest experiences, and working toward goals? Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Membership Sales Associate who is passionate about wellness and building lasting relationships.

This is more than a front desk position. You'll be the face of our studio, introducing guests to infrared sauna and red-light therapy, recommending memberships that fit their wellness goals, and helping grow our community.

What You'll Do

Create an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Welcome guests, build relationships, and provide engaging studio tours.

• Educate guests on our services and help first-time visitors feel comfortable.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished studio.

Drive Sales and Membership Growth

• Recommend and sell memberships, packages, upgrades, and promotions.

• Convert first-time guests and leads into long-term members.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and other communication channels.

• Re-engage inactive guests, schedule future appointments, and ask for referrals.

• Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals.

Support the Team

• Bring positive energy, professionalism, and accountability to every shift.

• Communicate effectively, embrace coaching, and contribute to team goals.

• Stay organized and adaptable while balancing sales, guest service, and studio operations.

• Weekend and weekday evening availability

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, beauty, retail, or customer service is a plus. We're equally interested in your personality, drive, and willingness to learn.

Important: This is an active sales and hospitality role, not a sit-behind-the-desk position. Success requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and a commitment to measurable goals.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
