Harassment Prevention Training Programs
Presented by Griffin | Williams LLP
The Illinois Human Rights Act (“IHRA”) was recently amended requiring all Illinois employers to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training by December 31, 2020, and annually thereafter. The following Harassment Prevention Training Programs exceed the minimum training standards for training as required by the IRHA. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation that should be retained by their employer as documentation of compliance. Please note that these programs are offered in-person and in English and includes all the supplemental training components for restaurants and bars as required by the IHRA. A Spanish language option is available and will be provided upon advance request.
