When attending a membership seminar a few weeks ago, one of the questions asked was "What is the biggest concern with business in your community?"  Number one answer by the numerous chambers that attended was finding and keeping employees.  This triggered me into finding additional resources in the community to help our membership with the ongoing problem.  

One of the biggest resources the Geneva Chamber provides is posting job openings on our website!  In 2022, there were 8,900 searches on our job board.  You can simply post these jobs yourself by logging into your member portal and creating a job post.  If you need assistance with this benefit, please contact Robyn at rchione@genevachamber.com.  

I reached out to workNet Batavia Center which provides Kane, Kendall and DeKalb County employers with a number of valuable resources to recruit and train qualified employees from a variety of industry backgrounds and skill sets.  We met on how the Geneva Chamber could partner and take advantage of their resources for our members.  Below are some of the business services they provide:
