Fees/Admission
Luncheon prices: $30 for members at the door; $35 if invoiced. Non-members requested to pay $35 at time of registration or at the door.

SPEAKER: Anthony Gargano, Owner, Osteria Bigolaro
Cooking Demonstration of making homemade pasta.... Today Anthony is considered one of Chicagoland?s up-and-rising chefs. In only eight weeks after opening, Osteria Bigolaro received accolades from Chicagoland food critics and press who referred to it as a ?high-caliber eatery? with ?top-notch service? that has ?enhanced the dining scene in Geneva.? In May of 2018, Osteria Bigolaro was the recipient of the Kane County Chronicle Readers? Choice Award who voted it one of the 2018 ?Best New Restaurants? in Kane County. In addition to running a successful Italian Osteria, Anthony teaches cooking lessons at Williams-Sonoma, performs cooking demos at various food and wine events, is working on new concepts for when he opens another restaurant and is developing a unique web television pilot that focuses on one staple ingredient in almost every cuisine: dough.
