Fees/Admission
Luncheon prices: $30 for members at the door; $35 if invoiced. Non-members requested to pay $35 at time of registration or at the door.

Speaker:
Speaker Andrew Krause, Power Moves Yoga
Andrew began his yoga practice to supplement his training in martial arts. During his experience living in Thailand, he practiced full-time in both Muay Thai and Yoga. Since then, yoga remains a strong ingredient in his training formula.
Topic: Setting Goals and Keeping Balance
"While navigating the demands your life, you have to find a way to determine what goals are valuable, how to accomplish them, and how to find balance in daily living. Is it enough to learn how to manage time? If you learn to manage time better, would you just end up cramming more into your day? We will discuss some of these difficult questions and share tools you can take away to your personal and professional lives."
Meal:
Starter: Caesar salad - romaine lettuce with tomato,ciabatta croutons, lemon and black pepper or soup of the day for gluten free meal choice
Entree Choices:
Gluten Free - Farmers Chicken Salad with greens, balsamic chicken/avocado/strawberry, corn, pecans, feta, lemon basil vinaigrette
Chicken Limon - pan roasted chicken with artichokes, sweet potato, seasonal vegetables, garlic, shallots, lemon caper butter sauce
Tortalacci Vodka - Four cheese stuffed pasta with chilis, mascarpone cheese, basil and spicy cream sauce

Dolce Chocolate - house made brownie with powdered sugar
