Strongoo

Hi! I’m Joseph Donar, founder of Strongoo—a nonprofit wellness space in downtown Geneva built to help people reconnect with themselves through movement, breathwork, recovery, and community. With a background in strength training, yoga, and holistic healing, I believe real transformation happens when we show up fully—in our bodies, in our breath, and with each other. I created Strongoo to be a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and supported—no matter where they’re starting from. My approach blends compassion, creativity, and service, rooted in the belief that love is truth and connection is healing. Whether I’m guiding a class, developing a new program, or just sharing space with someone, I’m here to serve Strongoo’s mission with purpose and heart.
