Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support our Founder across both professional and personal responsibilities. In this role, work and life naturally overlap—you’ll help manage her calendar, communication, projects, and personal needs to ensure everything runs smoothly.This position is focused on high-level administrative support, managing communication channels, and ensuring priorities move forward through the right people. The Executive Assistant will protect the Founder’s time, streamline processes, and anticipate needs before they arise. This is not a business strategy role, but rather the operational partner who ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
Primary duties include managing calendars, organizing communication, coordinating projects, and supporting both professional and personal logistics.- Manage and organize the Founder’s email inbox, flagging urgent matters and drafting responses when appropriate.
- Field and screen phone calls, ensuring the right information is passed to the right person and the Founder’s time is protected.
- Maintain and coordinate the Founder’s professional and personal calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Track and follow through on ongoing projects, ensuring action items move forward to completion.
- Prepare documents, agendas, summaries, and follow-ups to keep the Founder informed and ready for each commitment.
- Anticipate needs—from scheduling priorities to communication follow-up—to keep the Founder focused on high-value work.
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all communications.
- Assist with personal support including household management, family scheduling, errands, and ensuring seamless integration of personal and professional responsibilities.
- Be flexible and responsive, with the ability and willingness to occasionally handle evening or weekend needs when urgent matters arise.

Working Conditions
- In-office position (St. Charles, IL).
- Standard 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
- Must be comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities for the Founder.
- Requires consistent use of computer systems, phone, and digital communication tools.
Compensation
- Starting Salary: $60,000 annually
- Benefits: PTO, Holiday’s, Insurance, & 401K
