We run this tour year-round. Tours last 4 hours from 1pm to 5pm.

Location

Tickets must be purchased in advance. We start and end at the Geneva Metra Station where you will meet up with our Brews Mobile. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start time for check-in. Enjoy the great shopping and dining in historic Geneva before and after our tour.

Fees/Admission

Tickets can be purchased in advance at Sunday Afternoon Countryside Cruise. Your $80 ticket includes generous alcoholic beverage samples and tips to the staff at each stop, transportation on our Brews Mobile, and an expert Tour Guide. Not included are tips for your Captain (driver) and Tour Guide.

This tour has something for everyone with stops at a winery, distillery and brewery.

Ticket includes a tasting experience of 6 wines, samples of bourbon, rye and vodka, and a flight of 5 beers!

Take the train out or drive over to the Geneva Metra Station where we start our leisurely ride through the countryside west of the 'burbs" in the comforts of our Brews Mobile. The tour includes stops at Acquaviva Winery, Whiskey Acres Distillery and Obscurity Brewery. Ticket includes a wine tasting experience, samples of bourbon, rye and vodka, and a flight of 5 beers!

We visit the gorgeous 85-acre estate and vineyard of Acquaviva Winery. One of their experts will guide us through a tasting experience of 6 of their wines. (We may substitute a replacement winery if Acquaviva is closed for a private event)

Whiskey Acres Distillery is situated in the farmlands of Dekalb, IL. It was started by a 5th generation of farmers who grow all their own ingredients for their products. They will provide you with a personalized tasting experience where you will quickly learn why the awards continue to come in for their products.

At Obscurity Brewing you will enjoy a tasting experience with a flight of 5 beers encompassing a variety of styles and beer processing methods. Feel free to purchase something off their much talked about BBQ menu.

Between stops, enjoy the countryside views and getting away for a little while from the hectic life of the City and Suburbs while enjoying some fun facts and trivia.

Before or after the tour, enjoy historic Geneva's over 160 specialty specialty shops and restaurants with some of the best shopping and dining experiences in Illinois.
