Lamp Repair

Description

No need for an appointment. Simply bring your broken table and floor lamps of all kinds into The Little Traveler's Gift Gallery during event hours, and our visiting repair expert, Tom Novak, will make them functional again. Please remove the lampshade and leave it at home (unless it's required for the lamp to operate). Lamps will be taken to Tom's workshop and returned to The Little Traveler for pickup at a later date.

Most repairs take approximately three weeks to complete. We'll call you once your repaired lamp is ready to pick up. You'll pay a $25 deposit on the day of the event. Any remaining balance will be paid when you pick up your lamp. 

Please Note: We do not accept lamps outside of the event date & time. 

Tom's repair services include rewiring, installing new switches, replacing cords, converting to different switch types, and installation of new light sockets. He can also inspect lamps to determine if they are safe to use and troubleshoot to identify why a lamp is not working. Please note that Tom does not typically work with chandeliers, but if you have one in need of repair, you may bring in a picture of it and Tom will assess whether or not he'll be able to help with it.
