COURSE ONE: Shrimp Tinga | Grilled shrimp, roasted peppers, sautéed onions, guacamole, queso fresco, lime wedge
COURSE TWO: Chicken Mole with Spanish Rice | Chicken thigh, pan seared and served with mole negro and white rice
COURSE THREE: Cochinita Pibil | Roasted pork shoulder, pickled habaneros with red onion, and elote
COURSE FOUR: Carne Asada | Marinated flap steak, grilled and served with a nopales salad
COURSE FIVE - DESSERT: Candied Pumpkin Empanada | Dusted with cinnamon and sugar, served warm with panela syrup and vanilla bean gelato
