During this special event in our Atrium Café, Meathead will dive into what he calls “Old Husband’s Tales: Barbecue Myths that Deserve to Die.” You’ll leave with a better understanding of the science of BBQ, grilling, fire, smoke, food, and cooking.
Meathead will sign books after the seminar.
