Alpha, a premier service provider to restaurants, is in search of the right person to organize our office and support our team. This multifaceted role encompasses elements of office management, executive support, and financial administration. This role is integral to maintaining the efficient operation of our office environment while supporting the executive team.
Office Administration/Executive Support
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive office environment.
- Assist executives with scheduling and calendar management as needed.
- Help with the preparation of internal and external communications.
- Plan and coordinate staff meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials.
- Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare and manage budgets for office expenses.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage employee records and ensure they are kept up-to-date.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles, with a preference for experience supporting executives.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
