Networking - Bring lots of Business Cards
Meal Choices:
1. Harvest Steak Salad: Grilled tenderloin set on a bed of mixed greens, garnished with roasted corn relish, roma tomatoes, caramelized onions and asiago cheese, served with pepper creme dressing (Gluten Free)
2. BBQ Pork Bolo Oven Grinder Sandwich: Pulled pork simmered in our house bbq sauce, piled high atop a grilled herb bolo, garnished with grilled pineapple and pepper jack cheese with fried onion strings. Served with crocket of chefs specialty mac & cheese
3. Grilled Vegetables En Croute: Vegan Friendly, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, sundied tomatoes and mushrooms seasoned with herbs. Wrapped in a delicate puff pastry.
