Tickets must be purchased in advance. We begin our tour at The Beer Cellar at 204 W. State St. in Geneva. Please arrive 15 minutes before tour start time for check-in.
Fees/Admission
Tickets must be purchased in advance at Beer Tradition Expedition - Walk, Talk and Taste. Your ticket cost of $80 includes generous beer samples at each brewery, a beer and food pairing experience at Stockholm's, tips to brewery staff, and an expert Tour Guide. The only item not included are tips to your Tour Guide.

Geneva's historic downtown is a perfect location for one of our walking tours visiting 3 of our favorite breweries. Get a flight of 4 beers at each location with a food pairing experience included. All while learning more about the history of beer in Illinois.

With over 160 specialty shops and restaurants, downtown Geneva has some of the best shopping and dining experiences in Illinois. From the refurbished downtown storefronts to the dozens of treasured Third Street Victorian homes that now house over 100 unique shops and quant eateries.
Join us for a leisurely walk through town visiting Stockholm's Brew Pub, Art History Brewing and Penrose Brewing. Afterwards, feel free to explore sweet shops and fine restaurants, and a sea of independent boutiques.
Stockholm's was voted the best tavern/pub in the Kane County Chronicle's 2021 Readers Choice Awards. On this tour Owner and Brewer Michael Olesen facilitates a food and beer pairing experience to include 4 of his beers and samples of 3 of his most popular food options.
Art History Brewing unites art and history and traditional brewing methods to create an environment that features the work of artists and a variety of craft beer styles. Sample a flight of 4 beers and quickly understand why Hop Culture named Art History as one of the 11 Breweries in the U.S. to watch in 2022.
Penrose Brewing specializes in small-batch brewing with fresh hoppy flavors and wild/sour fermentation. Sample a flight of 4 beers from their flagship brews to their experimental new styles and rotating selection of Hazy IPAs, Lagers, Fruited Sours and Stouts while learning more about what makes each of these styles unique.
Minimum number of guests for tour to run is 4 people. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you ahead of your reservation to reschedule.
Drinks
Generous portions of alcohol products made at each different location are included in the tour price.
Food
A food pairing experience at Stockholm's in included in the ticket price. Additional food can be purchased at this location.
