SUMMARY:Stiletto Sprint
DESCRIPTION:GENEVA\, ILLINOIS (October 5\, 2015)    Men   Women   Children of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate in the first annual Stiletto Sprint benefitting cancer care. This will be a race held where all runners are encouraged to wear heals.  The distance will be a 50-60  yard dash. Sprinters can register as Competitive or Non- Competitive.  Competitive sprinters will require to wear heels with a minimum of 2.5  and have a slim tapered heel.  Non-Competitive sprinters can walk or jog and any shoe type is welcome.  All proceeds from the Stiletto Race sponsored by Vicky Waterman of VFusion Studio will benefit the LivingWell Cancer Resource Center.  The race will be held at 10am on October 31\, 2015\, the parking lot of the LivingWell Center.  Pre-registration is recommended by stopping in the studio or going to The LivingWell Cancer website and make your donation adding in the NOTES: STILETTO SPRINT.\n\nThis event will start with a Survivors' Kick-Off Stiletto Walk.  All cancer survivors and families who have lost a loved one to any cancer are welcome to join the Survivors' Walk. Spectators are welcome!! \n\n\n\nAbout VFusion Studio\n\nVFusion Fitness and Dance Studio    a new and exciting concept in fitness\, one that brings cutting edge workouts into smaller group settings with personal attention. The Fitness Studio offers a full variety of fitness classes\, some that have never been offered in the Geneva\, St. Charles\, Batavia area\; premier workouts that are fresh and exciting. Try out one of the many classes offered like Xtend Barre\, TRX\, Zumba\, and Pilates. \n\n\n\nAbout Vicky Waterman\n\n \n\nVicky is the owner of VFusion Studio which open its doors six years ago.  Vicky was previously diagnosed with the BRAC 1 gene\, a hereditary marker for breast and ovarian cancer.  She underwent four surgeries including an oophorectomy and a prophylactic double mastectomy.   As a cancer survivor she is very passionate about giving back to the community with a strong focus on cancer care.
