Starting in the family business right out of college\, she was a bit shocked at the reaction she received by both men and women due to the fact that she was a female.  She noticed for years how men jockey for position as well as boost each other up in the world.  It was not until later in life that she learned to embrace and use her feminine power to build allies.  Over the past several years\, she has volunteered many hours promoting women networks and leadership in manufacturing.  Her style is refreshingly straightforward and audacious.\n\n\n\nFamily style per table.
