This popular fundraising event for Marklund\, a nonprofit organization in Geneva\, Elgin and Bloomingdale that serves children and adults with profound developmental disabilities\, is a unique\, vibrant celebration of inclusivity\, compassion and community spirit. \n\nRegistration is open at www.marklund.org/5k.\n\nThe deadline to order an event sweatshirt is Sept. 13\, however\, extras may be available for sale at the event registration tent on race day.\n\nSet within the scenic backdrop the South Mill Creek neighborhood\, the Run\, Walk & Roll-Geneva kicks off at 8:30 a.m. at the Marklund Hyde Center\, 1S450 Wyatt Dr\, Geneva.
