Job Description
$15/hour plus commission
Largest independent Money Mailer franchise in the Midwest seeks an energetic, experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our winning sales team in the western suburbs.  The Inside Sales Rep will focus on new business lead generation (65% of the time) and current customer account management (35% of the time).  The rep works in our St. Charles office and will contact new leads and customers within our localized territory, reaching sales goals by promoting company products and services to area small business owners. We are looking for an upbeat, goal-driven and highly motivated individual that works well independently and as part of a team.
Job Duties
New Business Generation.  
  • Contact new business leads via phone and email in order to set appointments between Money Mailer Account Managers and the prospect.
  • Ensure follow-up by communicating leads to Money Mailer Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates & times, prospect profile information, etc.
Customer Account Management
  • Contact current clients via phone and email in order to manage customer requests and ad changes.  Promote new sales opportunities that Money Mailer has available for the clients. 
  • Pursue collections on past due accounts.
  • Update client database.
Other Duties: backup for incoming phone lines as needed.
  • 1 to 2 years of direct work experience in an inside sales position.
  • Exceptional telephone, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with personal computers and Microsoft Outlook.  Experience with ACT customer relationship management software experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also effectively as a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic.
Work Schedule
  • This is a 30/hr week position with a flexible schedule.
