Job Title: Studio Assistant
Reports to: Director of Operations

Responsibilities:
• STUDIO MAINTANANCE
    o Maintain order at front desk: answer phone calls, answer door, sign for all incoming packages & distribute
    o Maintain order of studio: organize and pick up studio as needed
    o Kitchen maintenance, stock conference room supplies
    o Manage supply orders (office supplies, breakroom supplies)
    o Organize company outings, and bonding experiences thru internal survey
• ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE
    o Manage and coordinate travel
    o Manage social media presence
    o Manage newsletter (both internally and externally) and draft blog
    o Manage and maintain IT (both internally and coordinate with outsourced IT company), software and equipment
    o Maintain ACT! Database with client/vendor information
    o Maintain and update company accounts and memberships with local chambers, WBE
    o Create and distribute meeting minutes
    o Perform employee onboarding and offboarding
    o Demonstrate thorough knowledge of, compliance with, and assist with maintaining KDI procedures and     standards
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3 years’ experience
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach, professionalism, confidence & poise
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
    • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands & timelines
    • Persuasive, encouraging, & motivating
    • Strong written & oral communication skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
