General Description
Administrative Assistant in office responsible for festivals, events and Chamber businesses.

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, telephone etiquette
Ability to multi-task
Attention to details and organization
Competency in use and operation of standard office equipment
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities
Greeter - phones and visitors to office
Administrative support to the President
Assists staff with projects
Manages inventory of office supplies and purchasing
Coordinates repair services and maintains cleanliness of offices
Manages mail, prepares packets for Board of Directors and meetings
Attends Chamber functions
