We are seeking a Personal Business Manager with well rounded experience in QuickBooks software to work in our small business division. Candidates must have vast experience in QuickBooks Software and ability to perform the following:

General Ledger entries, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Account Analysis, Financial Statement preparation, Ad Hoc reports to management as well as working with multiple vendors, organization projects and budgeting. High regard is placed on candidates who have excellent communication and people skills and are able to articulate well the ?intuitive connection? between our spending habits and our emotions/personal history.

The ideal candidate would be located near the suburbs of Chicago or Chicago proper as we have a growing presence in Chicago. Client visits on-site in Chicago will be required. We can?t wait to meet the perfect candidate. Is that you? Let us know if you are intersted!
